O-Four
Business park on top location
O-four is the new name of a business park in Groningen, formerly known as Eurocentrum. It’s a sustainable redevelopment of four existing offices. The concept, Office 4 Office, is a concentration of offices with supporting services.
This business park consists of four offices and is on a top location at the Europaweg in Groningen. The site is located next to the highway A7 (Groningen-Heerenveen). Both visibility and accessibility of the location are excellent. The largest development area of Groningen (approximately 200,000 sqm offices and leisure) is the opposite the Europaweg at the Europapark. TCN modernized and extended buildings A and C in 2008/2009, extending their life cycle with many years. Total size of the office buildings is 17,274 sqm, with almost 85% already transformed.
History
TCN bought O-Four, formerly known as Eurocentrum, in 2006. By modernizing and enlarging two buildings TCN succeeded in contracting two new large tenants in 2009.
